Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policies on refunds and cancellations

1. General Policy

At Rudran Online, we strive to provide the best service possible. However, due to the nature of digital transactions (recharges, bill payments, money transfers), most transactions are final and non-refundable once processed.

2. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but the amount has been deducted from your account, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

3. Incorrect Details

We are not responsible for transactions processed with incorrect details provided by the user (e.g., wrong mobile number, wrong account number). Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

4. Cancellations

Once a recharge or transfer request is submitted and processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please verify all details before confirming your transaction.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a transaction was processed in error or if you have any issues with a refund, please contact our support team at support@rudranonline.com with your transaction ID.
